Terms for providers and partners

1. Scope

These terms apply to businesses that use the Roamdia professional panel to sell or distribute activities: providers, agencies, accommodation and affiliates. The platform is operated by Jorge Alferez Adan, tax ID 02302213M. The financial terms (commission or net rate, settlement periods) are set in each business agreement.

2. Registration and business details

To offer activities to consumers you must provide your company name, address, phone, email, tax ID, registry details and payment details, and certify that you only offer services that comply with EU and Spanish law (article 30 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). We may suspend offers until this information is complete and accurate.

3. Content and delivery

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your activity content (description, prices, availability, cancellation policy, meeting point, requirements) and for holding the licences and insurance your activity requires.
• You grant Roamdia a licence to publish and translate your content to sell it.
• You must deliver every confirmed booking as described.

4. Ranking

The main parameters that determine ranking are the popularity index assigned by the platform based on demand, publication date and, when the customer chooses, rating, price and duration; in searches, text relevance. Ranking cannot be bought.

5. Access to data

You can access the data of your own bookings needed to deliver the service (customer name and contact, travellers, voucher), and your sales, settlements and commissions reports. The platform keeps the aggregated data of the marketplace. You process customer data as an independent controller, only to deliver the booked activity.

6. Restriction, suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an offer or an account for breach of these terms, unlawful content, repeated failure to deliver bookings or risk of fraud, giving you the reasons at the latest when the measure takes effect. Termination of the whole service requires 30 days' notice with reasons, except for serious or repeated breaches or legal obligations. You can contest any decision by writing to reservas@taxitoledo.app.

7. Changes to these terms

We will notify changes at least 15 days before they apply. You may terminate the agreement before then if you do not accept them.

8. Complaints and mediation

Send complaints to reservas@taxitoledo.app; we will handle them within a reasonable time and tell you the outcome. Both parties may agree to mediation to resolve disputes out of court.
