General terms and conditions

1. Seller and scope

These terms govern bookings made on this website by consumers. The seller is [to be configured: company name] (Roamdia), tax ID [to be configured: tax ID (NIF)], registered at [to be configured: registered address], email [to be configured: contact email]. Each activity is organised and delivered by the professional provider shown on its page («Organised by»). You must accept these terms before paying; they are available on this page at all times and you can save or print them.

2. How to book

• Choose the activity, the option, the date and time and the number of travellers.
• Add it to the cart. Places are held for a limited time while you complete the booking.
• Enter your details, review the summary (activities, dates, travellers, total price) and accept these terms. Until you pay you can correct any error: go back, remove items from the cart or change your details.
• Pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.
• You will receive the confirmation with your vouchers by email within 24 hours at the latest; you can also see them in your customer area. Roamdia keeps the electronic record of the contract. The contract languages are Spanish and English.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the indicated currency and include VAT and all applicable taxes. There are no extra charges unless they are shown before payment. Payment is made by card through a secure payment gateway with strong customer authentication, or with your customer balance where available. Roamdia does not store your card details.

4. Vouchers and delivery of the activity

Show the voucher (on your phone or printed) at the meeting point at the indicated time. Requirements such as minimum age, accessibility, what is included and the meeting point are stated on each activity page. The provider is responsible for delivering the activity as described.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel according to the cancellation policy of each activity, shown on its page and in the booking process before payment (for example, free cancellation until a number of hours before the start). Cancel from your customer area or the link in the confirmation email. We refund the applicable amount using the same payment method within 14 calendar days at most.

6. Right of withdrawal

As these are leisure services for a specific date or period, the right of withdrawal does not apply (article 103.l of the Spanish consumer law, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU). You can still cancel under the cancellation policy of each activity.

7. Cancellation or changes by the provider

If the provider cancels the activity (for example due to weather, safety reasons or not reaching the minimum number of participants) we will offer you an alternative, if available, or a full refund.

8. Liability and nature of the service

Roamdia is liable to you as seller of the booking, without prejudice to its right of recourse against the provider. Booking one or more activities on their own is not a package travel contract under Book IV of the TRLGDCU.

9. How we rank results

By default, activities are ranked by popularity: an index the platform assigns to each activity based on its demand and, where equal, by date of publication. You can change the order by rating, price or duration. In searches, relevance to the text you type comes first. No provider pays to improve its position.

10. Ratings

The ratings shown on an activity are provided by its provider or come from its booking system. Roamdia does not verify that they come from consumers who have booked or enjoyed the activity.

11. Customer service and complaints

Write to [to be configured: contact email]. We will answer your complaints as soon as possible and within one month at the latest. Official complaint forms are available to you on request. We are not members of an alternative dispute resolution body; if we cannot resolve your complaint, we will tell you which body is competent and whether we will take part.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile have jurisdiction. See also the legal notice and the privacy policy.
